Before it enters the glass, sun light is a short radiation wave. However, after passing through the glass, it quickly becomes a long radiation wave. The long radiation wave is unable to pass through the glass and back out of the greenhouse, therefore getting stuck in the enclosure.

The enclosure of the greenhouse not only traps in the sun light, but also protects the garden from unwanted insects and animals. Not only will you be able to keep things out, but you will also be able to decide what to keep in. Obviously you will not be able to keep all insects out of your garden despite the greenhouse. You would not want to build off an amateur’s plans because it may not result in a stable structure. Don’t put your garden and hard work at risk and use only professional greenhouse plans.
