Lavender

Lavender is known for its wonderfully scented leaves and flowers. It grows 1 - 3 feet tall and wider depending on the variety you choose. It flowers late spring, summer and fall. Lavender is a prized waterwise plant. Once its established it needs only low water. Cut lavender fresh to enjoy in bouquets, dry it to enjoy the fragrance for even longer, or cut it for culinary uses such as in teas and desserts.
