In collaboration with Grassroots Gardens of Buffalo and with funding from a NYSDEC Environmental Justice Grant, Urban Roots is excited to host a FREE Food Preservation workshop next Saturday, August 24th at 10 am at Pilgrim St. Luke’s Church at the corner of West Utica and Richmond Ave. At the workshop our presenter Elizabeth Kent will take you step by step through the process of jelly making and attendees will leave with a jar to take home.
