Now in store, six varieties of evergreen trees in 5 gallon pots, sized just right for decorating and then planting outside when the holidays are done.  These trees are beautiful specimens that vary in shape, color, and needle type, suggesting a variety of decorative styles.  They also vary in character, size and needs once they have been introduced into the landscape.  We will be happy to help you make the selection that will work best for you, and we can provide step by step directions that will make your tree planting a success.

We have Nordman fir, Concolor fir, Colorado blue spruce, Canaan fir, Norway spruce and Blue Moffat juniper.  
Using a living tree for your holiday celebration can be a really nice way of going greener this season.  Planting your tree afterward, and watching it grow for years to come, can be a wonderful way of remembering beautiful holiday moments with family and friends.   If you want to use a living tree but you are not sure that you can find a place for it in your yard, Urban Roots would be happy to find it a home in a community garden space somewhere.  This would be a generous donation in this giving season for a city still working hard to replace its trees.
