Sunday, September 13th at 12 noon – Meet at Urban Roots, Presented by Martha and Bill Johnson

As part of our Secret Garden Tour series, we have arranged a very special tour of the Johnson’s farm for Urban Roots members, including the pumpkin fields as well as fields of organically grown flowers. We’ll see the beautiful old barn, where bunches of harvested and dried flowers hang from the thick wooden rafters. And we can see the work that Martha produces, as a talented floral artist – things like wreaths, balls, bouquets, and more. If we are lucky, Martha may have some finished pieces available for sale, and bunches of dried flowers are available too.

We plan to drive out to the farm from Urban Roots on Sunday, September 13 at 12 noon. Plan for spending the afternoon, since it is about a 50 minute drive each way. We will meet at Urban Roots and fill cars as needed.
