Scepter'd Isle

Medium shrub to 4 feet. Cupped old-fashioned blossoms that are a pure bright pink. The flowers have up to 25 petals with a powerful myrrh fragrance. Good disease resistance. Name comes from the Shakespeare play 'Richard II' and describes the island of Great Britain.
