Many of the gas particles that exist inside the bottle and they have no way to escape, so they push on to get out. They push the liquid out along with them and this causes the soda to explode.

Alkaline materials like dead leaves or crushed eggshells can be mixed in the soil to balance the amount of acid.
Because coffee grinds contain nitrogen, their presence in soil encourages earthworms to flourish in the soil around the roots. They are very beneficial for the plants because they help in further enriching the soil with their excretions that are rich in minerals.
Not all types of coffee beans work the same for every plant. Espresso coffee grinds can block the soil making the drainage difficult. This type of coffee fertilizer may be good for plants that are suitable for muddy or moist soil.
