Several years ago two new grasses became available to homeowners: ‘Princess 77′ bermudagrass and heat-tolerant bluegrass. Now I need your help evaluating how well they have performed.

For ‘Princess 77’ I am particularly interested in how its color compares to sodded bermudagrass. How easy was it to establish and maintain?

For the heat-tolerant bluegrass varieties (Thermal Blue, Reveille, etc) I want to know how the bluegrass compares to fescue in your opinion. How easy was it to establish? How to do care for it?
