Russian Sage (Perovskia) when in bloom appears to have clouds of lavender/purple flowers atop an easy-care, heat-loving plant. These perennials grow to 3 - 4 feet and flower non-stop summer through fall. Cut and bring them indoors for beautiful cut flower arrangements.
