Bacterial Leaf Spot
Circular, dark brown to black spots with yellow halos develop on leaves. Leaves yellow, die, and fall.
Xanthomonas campestris pv. hederae
Purchase plants free of the disease. Discard infected plants. Water in a manner that keeps the surface of the leaves dry. Apply a fungicide to protect healthy plants.
Fungal Leaf Spot
Large, irregularly shaped tan to brown spots have numerous, tiny dark brown dots (fruiting structures) within them.
