Dark, chocolate to black rosettes to 9 inches across. Stunning salmon-red flowers appear in autumn and winter. Native to Mexico. Solitary growth habit till maturity, producing few offsets after a few years. Hardy hybrid perfect for containers or mass plantings. Prefers sandy soil with pH range of 6.6 to 7.5.
