Talinum paniculatum

Fameflower (Talinum paniculatum) tah-LY-num pah-nik-yew-LAY-tum Genus:  Talinum This tuberous-rooted tender perennial is related to portulaca, but has fleshy green leaves and delicate, wiry flower stalks. It self-seeds prolifically and will self-sow into any garden soil. Care:  Provide poor to moderately rich, well-drained soil in full sun or light shade.
