Q: I have a coleus in a container that did really well this year. How can I get it to come back next spring?
A: You can either keep it in a sunny window for the winter or take several four inch cuttings and root them in water. They should have plenty of white roots by January. You can transfer them then to small pots filled with potting soil. Plant them outside when it is warm in late April.
