Q: I spoke with you on the radio about my ‘turkey problem’, and I thought you’d enjoy some photos of the culprits. If they weren’t so dirty I’d keep them as pets, but we’ll take measures to move them to a more hospitable site.

A: I used to catch escaped chickens on my family’s farm by baiting a spot under a large cardboard box supported on a forked stick. I suppose you could do the same…or perhaps build a trap from wooden stakes, chicken wire and a one-way door.
