Meyer Lemon Pollination

Question
My Meyer Lemon is three years old in a pot on my patio in Atlanta. This Spring it had four blossoms which dropped off before turning to fruit.  If there isn't another lemon tree to pollinate mine in the vicinity, is there anything else I can do?  Or, should I buy another Meyer Lemon for my yard for pollination purposes?

I bought the plant last year from a nursery and it had 17 lemons on it which matured beautifully.

Thank you!

Answer
Hi Lesli, Meyers are self fruiting, meaning they do not need a cross pollinator; I suspect the problem is either not enough Sun or it may be stressing from being in that container. I would move it into a larger container with new potting soil, you will probably find it root bound. Nick
