Hello, I've been growing mini carnations on my balcony for the past 2 years. The plants appear to be quite healthy but they hardly produce any flowers. What can I do?

Sun, water, fertilizer, pruning, fresh soil, and wait.
They may be tired. The things that I have listed are things that will perk them up again. I don't know what the climate has been like in Italy this year, but that can influence the flowers as well.
If they don't respond to the care you give, it may be time to replace them with fresh plants.
