QuestionI have a seashore paspalum (or Seaisle 1) lawn that requires fertilizer not frequently found in the hardware stores. The N:P:K ratio is approx. 1:2:3 with the potassium recommended to be at least as much if not higher than nitrogen (preferably slow release). Is there a brand you can recommend with this ratio or will I have to mix my own? If I have to mix can you give tips on the amount of each? Thanks.
Answeri'm in southern NJ. get to a local garden center/nursery and quiz them on a solution to your problem. hardware stores usually sell loads of garden/landscape supplies but don't necessarily know much about the subject. buy your products from them and they should be more than happy to help you. farm supply stores would be another good source for fertilizer mixes.
