I planted shrub roses into a clay bed I blended with potting soil and peat moss. I then used miricle grow and seemed to have burnt many leaves. What should I do and will this effect the plants bloom?  Mn

I suggest watering frequently and deeply (a soaker hose is preferred) for several days to flush the root zone. It is too early to say if the rose is damaged or it was just the leaves which got burned, but to be safe, do not fertilize for another 45 days.
