Question
I would like to use some chicken manure for some houseplants. Is there anything I can mix with manure to eliminate the smell?

not that i know of. chiken manure is a good fertilizer in farm fields. i wouldn't advise using chicken manure on your indoor houseplants. manures are for outdoor field fertilization. most manures should be composted for months before use. in fresh manure are many harmful microbiotic organisms. now with the world chicken flu outbreak i'm sure even health officials would recommend it as a "no-no" for indoor use.
