QUESTION: I have made Christmas grave blankets using chicken wire for the past few years. I am wanting to make Christmas grave pillows this year. Can you please give me directions on how to make a grave pillow?

ANSWER: Using the same technique on a smaller scale; you can make the pillows in much the same way as you did the blankets.

I have one more question....When I made the blanket with the wire, they were more flat. How do I make a pillow that is "Stand up" and cascading on the sides?? I was thinking maybe foam, but what would the base be??

Hi Judy,

Foam, given the outdoor conditions, is not the best choice.  But to give the pillow some volume, you could bend the wire frame into the shape you'd like.  By using small wooden blocks, too, you could make a frame that could be used over again.  Hope that helps!
