QuestionI'm giving a party with a Mexican Fiesta theme. I am using white table cloths with serape table runners of various colors. I had originally planned to use old clear glass pitchers filled with beans, rice, peppers or what ever looks good, with a pillar candle surrounded by paper flowers. I'm now second guessing myself and have thought about using margarita glasses, filling them slightly with the same things, using a votive candle and surrounding it with smaller votives and paper flowers. I am using fresh sunflowers and gerbera daisies on the food table. The reason for the paper flowers is it seems to be festive. Can you give me some advice on my centerpiece and the use of the flowers?
Thank you,
Debbie
AnswerSounds like you have a great ideal
and I wish I were coming to the party.
There are so many ideas that come to mind
when making centerpieces. Containers can
be made out of sombreors, or chili cans,
use picks and stick peppers on the end to
go with the fresh flowers , lots of pretty
ribbons to lay down the middle of the table
or use the sunflowers tall and tie ribbons
around them. If your looking for something more
specific, email me at

thanks and good luck!
