I am creating centerpieces in 8" tall teracotta pots. The centerpiece will be used
on buffet tables and at tailgate parties. What techniques should be used to
ensure a view from all sides. I am using silk flowers such as carnations, mums,
hibiscus, and other open petaled flowers. I am using little greenery as the
desired effect is emphasis on cardinal and gold.

Hi Joan - if you work in front of a mirror so that you can see the back of your arrangements and also keep turning the arrangement round as you work you should have no problem is creating something that looks good from all angles.
Just remember to make the centre of the arrangement taller than the sides.
