I am trying to make leis in my school colors, black and gold. Are there any black flowers silk, artificial, or real?

Hi Shenna.
You probably won't find any real flowers in this color, silk you might but the best bet is spray paint designed specifically for silk or real flowers. They come in all the colors of the rainbow, so black and gold won't be a problem. The trade name for the paint is 'Oasis' and if you ask a good florist or a florist wholesaler you will be able to buy it.   You'd be financially better off using for example, fresh double chrysanthemums, white preferably. They will hold up to being threaded onto string and will happily take the spray paint.  Make sure you leave them to dry after spraying a day before wearing or you could have a rather colorful neck....
