QuestionDue to frost warninings, I've picked all my bell peppers. The red and yellow ones haven't had a chance to change yet. Is there a way to ripen them indoors?
AnswerMost vegetables will ripen slowly once picked. For tomatoes and peppers, simply wrap them in newspaper and store them in cool location such as a garage or basement. Check them every few days, but they should ripen within a couple of weeks.
