I'm not sure about the "turpins". I assume you mean turnips. If they're already growing, they will be OK. I don't know what your weather is (and these days it's totally unpredictable anyway)- if it gets very cold just mulch the ground and they should be OK.

The other plants will do fine, provided they have been planted before winter sets in. Usually they are planted late summer, but in the south it's probably different.
