QuestionThe celery I buy home are always not very good. Are they eatable if they taste bitter. And some are white and puffy in the stem. Organic grow is it possible taste better than normal one.

I'm still working on raising my own celery. I recommend you try celery from a local farmer's market and see what you think of that. I've not had problems with the large national names, but sometimes the celery is just old or not been kept moist in the produce aisle. Try a different source and see if that helps.
