QuestionHello, my name is Joe and I would like to know if I can (just) use composted cow manure and some horse manure and nothing eles. I am using 2.5 gallon buckets and a couple raised beds. Mostly peppers and tomatoes,but a few other things as well.

I wouldn't suggest it. Straight manure could contain too much nitrogen, you would get huge plants but no fruit. It would probably also hold on to too much water. Add some peat moss or other organic material, even a non-manure compost. You should probably also add some rock dust and bone meal to provide added nutrients.
