Are there any solutions for onion white root rot?
Will H2O2 as a foliar drench help, if so, at what rate?
I grow 30 acres annually, that is, about 900 tonne and am getting some small patches of infection in most of our paddocks.

I couldn't find any solution other than to destroy infected plants and then solarize the soil before planting again. I don't think the peroxide would do anything. If you have other paddocks to plant the onions in, do so. Crop rotation would probably help avoid the problem in the future.
