QuestionHello
I have three beautiful habanero plants, loaded with peppers. Two turned their perfect orange, but the tips had a black rot on them. The two peppers are from two different plants. I've grown these before and have never seen this. Are the plants lacking some sort of nutrients?
Thank you for your time.

AnswerJay-
It is likely blossom end rot. It's partly a nutrient problem. It's caused by calcium deficiency, but it also has to do with inconsistent watering, which effects the uptake of the calcium. It is solved both by adding lime to the soil and by consistent watering while the fruit is developing.
