Whats the best way to replant my tomato plants once they're started growing tomatoes? Is it possible to do it without harming the plants?

Replanting is a delicate operation. First insert something along the sides of the container holding the plants. Then gently remove the plant and transplant in soft soil. After covering the roots good gentlly water the plants.

In about 15 days you will need to fertilize the plants.
