ONE OF FIFTEEN TOMATO PLANTS DRYING UP

Question
I have 15 tomatoes plants growing in topsey turvee planters and one of the plants is drying up it has about 10 green tomatoes on it and was very healthy up too 5 days ago now it looks like it is dyeing and the leaves are drying up and falling off the other plants are doing fine they all get plenty of water and fertilizer the fruit looks good on the dying plant still, but all the leaves are falling off what is happening ???? the plants are about two and a half  months old and I have eaten some of the tomatoes off this plant the stem and the fruit look good but something is very wrong
please help

thanks in advance Rod  Mort

Answer
Rod:
Are they all in separate planters? Check the top of the planter and see if the roots are exposed. It is also possible that the stem has cracked and is broken away from the rest of the plant. If the plants are very large a broken stem may be hidden and held in by the rest of the plant.

With 14 healthy plants, it doesn't sound like you have too much to worry about if you lose one.
