QuestionI'm growing bush variety tomatoes in a container. I just transplanted to the container and. the plants look dry and the leaves are curled.I watered heavily and added a organic liquid fish and seaweed fertilizer. this is my first time growing tomatoes. Is this normal? Thank you Roland
AnswerRoland:
It is normal for the plants to look a little droopy when they are first transplanted. the seaweed extract should help it recover. They should have been put in the shade after first transplanting, if they weren't then that could be causing the problem. Move them out of the sun until they look better. Make sure you aren't overwatering, that can cause problems also, on the other hand containers dry out quickly, so they may need daily watering when they are back in the sun.
