Hi! I have had trouble knowing if a potting soil is truly "organic". I bought miracle grow organic choice, but I'm a little weary of whether it truly is organic. What do you recommend? Also, what size pot do you recommend for a yellow pepper plant? Thanks so much!

Dear Amy,
I use good old fashioned "top soil." Sold by the bag or truckload, it's the most economical purchase for gardening purposes and then I use manure or chicken litter.  That is absolutely guaranteed to be truly "organic."
