QuestionI am a first time gardener. I have 3 tomato plants that were doing very well until the past few days. I live in the Midwest and we have had an abundance of rain. My plants have wilted and one has red little tiny strange bugs. What can I do besides go to the farmers market for tomatos?
Thanks so much

AnswerDear Jane Quick,
I have been reading about the excessive rains in the Midwest. Hopefully your plants will dry out a bit and continue to grow. I use diatomaceous earth to deal with pests. It's relatively inexpensive and completely natural.
That should take care of the bugs.
