QuestionThe leaves on my pepper plants have pretty big holes in them. I can't see any bugs on them but something is eating them. What can I do.

Most likely you plants are being eaten by night worms that you can not see during the dayling. Spray them good with Sevin dust or water mixture especially around the base. This should stop the worms unless it is being done by a night vermin.
