Question
I just had a Pine tree stump ground up and was wondering if it would be good to use as mulch in my vegetable garden, will it make it to acidic?

Dear Tony,
Cedar and pine do change the pH.  My dad recently purchased a wood chipper and he's having a great time with it and sharing the cedar and pine chips with me.  I spread them in an area that I didn't want to mow and nothing is growing there.  I wouldn't use pine or cedar in a garden.  Those chips are great for animal pens, however; those chips are supposed to eliminate fleas.
