This is a type of Hypericum used as a filler by florists. It is related to St. John's Wort (H. Perforatum). There are many cultivars of this Hypericum Androsaemum (common name is Tutsan), in different colors. One series is called "Flair", ie, orange flair, pinky flair, excellent flair, prince flair, etc. The shrub is native to Eurasia. There are about 400 species of Hypericum.
