Question

mystery plant   I have a mysterious bush in my yard and I have know clue what it is. Im actually trying to see if this plant could caused me to recently develop rash or if it was my detergent. Please help if you can.

I think this is a hummingbird bush. I don't think it is the cause of your rash.  You didn't say where you live, so I'm judging by the leaf and what appears to be last years stalks.  Has it ever bloomed?  Below is a picture of the plant in flower.  Hamelia species have actually been used to treat skin rashes.

Lots of plants can cause skin rashes, and some people are more sensitive than others.  Fig, hog parsley, lantana, poinsettia, stinging nettle, rosehips, maple tree seed pods to name a few. I strongly doubt that this plant is causing the rash, however it is not impossible, as people can develop an allergy to almost anything.  I would look for something more likely to blame it on.
