Question
is there a technical difference between a tree and a bush?  i am trying to decide if bananas grow on bsuhes or trees.

down south they call them banana trees. you can train a tree to be a bush (keep cutting the growth so it forms many trunks and stays low). make a bush a tree by removing all but one trunk and you will get a small tree. trees generally grow 15' to 300' when mature. bushes generally grow 1' to 25' when mature. bush & tree are very unscientific general terms for plants. it really depends a lot on your perspective and educational background.
