Question
Good Morning Jim;
A week or so ago took a lightning hit in the yard, it blew the transformer on my controller.( in the basement)  I have since replaced the transformer, system comes on as it should but will keep repeating the program. I have to manually shut the system down.
I took the board out as well, it appears that the auto resettable fuse blew as well, aside from the issue above it seems to be operational.

Hey Jack, so there are three things about the programming you can check, that might be why it is running a program over. First put the dial to seasonal % adjustment, and make sure it is set at 100%. If it is set for more than 100%, the controller will adjust the time in 1/2 and run it twice. Second thing to check, is that you only have 1 start time programmed into the program. If you have a second, or third start time, turn them to off. The third thing to check, is that you only have time programmed into program A, and no other times in program B or C. If your programming seems good, and it still continues to repeat the program, then it is time to replace the controller. Good luck and have a great day.
