Hello-

The RD-900 I bought keeps resetting to factory default programming.  I program....don't touch the controller...few days later....back to factory default (progra A set 10 minutes for each station, etc.).  No flashing, no fuse indicator.  Tested battery multiple times.  Programming stays using battery when I unplug the power.  I have a remote.  I exchanged the product for a brand new one (except for remote)....programmed everything...3 days later....back to default.

Any ideas?

The Rd900 is a old school design. I know the newer ones the battery will hold the program for a longer period of time since they are solid state. My first thought is a power supply issue. Question, when your run times default to 10 mins do you also lose the correct time?
