QuestionJim: Thanks for all of your help and supporting information. I tested both of my 20 PSI regulators, and they both tested the same, which was OK. I changed the diaphragm and the solenoid and put the same 20 PSI reg. back on, and all 73 emitters are putting out 2 GPH. I didn't get your answer about changing to the 30 PSI Reg.until later this afternoon sfter I was all done. I wanted to see if the new diaphragm made any difference, which it did. If not, I would have taken your advice and switch to the 30. If I ever have trouble with it again, I will definitely change to the 30 PSI. If you would like to discuss further, give me a call. I would enjoy talking with you. My next challenge is going to be the one grass spray valve that makes one big bang noise in the house whenever it shuts off. Thanks again, I really appreciated your support. My telephone number is . I live in Arizona which is on mountain time. We do not change to day light saving time. I'm home most days. A good time to reach me is 8:30 am to 10:30 am. Also between 5:00pm and 9:00pm. Thank you.
AnswerHey Bill, I am in Arizona also, but your telephone # did not come through. I don't know if the all experts website does not allow this? Anyway, just ask your questions and I will be happy to answer them. On the valve that is banging, you might try turning down the flow control on the automatic valve, so less water is flowing through the valve. Good luck and have a great day.
