Power to the box mo power coming out at he box when I test. How do I take too cover off to check wiring. Older house.

Hey Jason, on both the indoor or outdoor models, you simply slide the lower part of the controller down (sliding door). This will access the back of the controller where the field wires are hooked up, and also the 9 volt battery backup. Good luck and have a great day.
