QuestionQUESTION: Hi,
I have two valves and #1 works perfectly manually and with the program (runs every day for 45 minutes at 8:30am) but valve #2 works only manually and not with the program (every day for 45 minutes at 7:30 am) I don't know what I am doing wrong 燼ny idea ?
ANSWER: Hey Gabriela, what kind of controller do you have? Are you using a different program for valve #2 then valve #1? Lets say you set valve #1 for 45 minutes, and set a start time #1 for 8:30am.on program A. Then you set valve #2 for 45 minutes, and set a start time #2 for 7:30am still on program A. What will happen, is that valve #1 will start at 7:30am and run for 45 minutes, and then valve #2 will run for 45 minutes after valve #1 runs. And then valve #1 will start again because you have a start time at 8:30am also and it will allow the first start time valves to finish the 7:30am time and then start the 8:30am time. This is if you set both the times on program A. If you want valve #2 to run independent of valve #1, then you need to put it on a different program. I cannot tell from your question how you have it programmed. Give me the answers to these questions, and maybe I can help you out. Good luck and have a great day.

QUESTION: I have RD-600
And I have 2 valves #1 (A) for plants and #2 (B) for trees and I want them to run at different times-programs.
I want to water first my trees (valve #2 -B at 7:30 am and then my plants valve #1 -A at 8:30 am)
Valve #1 runs perfectly with the program but valve #2 runs manually but not with the program.
I am using different program for each valve when I set valve #1 (A) for 45 minutes at 8:30 am valve#2 (B) is off and the same way when I set valve #2(B) for 45 minutes at 7:30 am valve #1(A) is off.
What I am doing wrong
AnswerHey Gabriela it sounds as though you are doing everything correct. The only thing I can think of, is that you have all the days for program B set to "on". If it is still not working correctly, I suggest taking it to an irrigation supplier to have it checked out, or have an irrigation technician fix it for you. Good luck and have a great day.
