Question
Jim - I have a Rainbird ESP Modular controller.  It just it stopped working.  The display works but it will not open any zones automatically or manually.  When trying manually it blinks like it is going to come on but it never does and the timer doesn't countdown either.  Tried the reset button and unplugging it.  Any ideas?

Hey Noel, if you have a 9 volt battery installed, take the battery out, then try the re-set button. Also with the battery out, disconnect the power and let it set for about 1 minute, and then with the battery still dis-connected, turn the power back on. If that doesn't do it, and it still doesn't count down properly, then the micro processor is probably shot, and you need to replace the controller. Also, if you have a rain sensor installed, put the switch to bypass, and see if that helps you any. Good lcuk and have a great day.
