Sprinklers only spray weakly until the Bleed valve is turn to where water shoots out of the Bleed Valve. If I close the Bleed Valve to where the water stops shooting out of the Bleed Valve, the spray on the sprinklers are too weak. The amount of water coming out of the bleed valve would be unacceptable to anyone. What can I do to correct this matter?

Hey Kaz, its the diaphram in the valve that is bad and needs to be replaced. Depending on what type brand and size of valve you have, will determine how to replace the diaphram. Most valves have screws or bolts on the top that when unscrewed, will allow you to disassemble the valve so you can replace the diaphram.
