Question
I have a Rain Bird RC-7Bi.  For some reason none of the zones pop up.  The clock advances on manual and auto, but the zones do not pop up.  I have checked the circuit breakers in the house and all are on, checked the wires from the control box to the outside (to make sure my lawn people didn't slice any of them with the weedwacker).  Last summer my husband replaced all 3 solenoids.  Why would none of the zones pop up.  Do I need a new control box?  If so, what RainBird control box would be equivalent to the RC-7Bi.  Thanks.

Hi Janet,

Check the power at the stations terminals, should be 24V , make sure the water source is not closed, if you have an electrical back flow, make sure the solenoid is good.

The equivalent is the Esp modular. It costs about $90.
