QuestionI saw your answer to another's question about this unit flashing FUSE-Mv alternately, and I read it in the manual. But ours just goes straight to Mv (nothing about fuse) and none of the program will run. Is it the same problem or a different one?
More info if needed:
System just finished being installed last week. Water source = very large, main irrigation canal. Installers have not come back to install a filter on the intake pipe; this may or may not have anything to do with this problem. I noticed the last time the system ran that the first station's water pressure was not what it had been earlier in the week, so much so that the rainbirds would not reverse their direction when they got to the stop, but just sat there. Today it won't fire up. (I thought the installers were coming back to install the filter, so I didn't call them that day.) I wonder if they've waited too long and now the intake pipe is clogged with something -- would that make it throw the Mv code?
AnswerHi Debbie, happy 4th of July.
The mv error refers to the master valve circuit, because you have a pump you should have a pump start, it should be one with a 24v coil. Have your installer check the master valve circuit and pump start.
If the pump runs without the screen canal the pipe is probably clogged and also the pump impeller, this will cause an overload at the pump circuit and pump start causing the mv error.
