Zones

Question
We have a Nelson SmartZone EZ. It was working great until today when one of the zones will not turn off. Other zone will run, but that zone will stay on. Even when we turn the program to 'off' on the control box, that zone does not turn off. The only way to turn it off is by shutting off the water supply at the main. Any suggestions?

Hi Lindsay,

There is dirt inside the valve diaphragm preventing it to close. You need to open the valve and clean it. If you need instructions to do it, please send the band and model of the valve and I'll be glad to help you.
