i have the timer on 120 volts, how can i hook-up a pump witch require 220 volt.

Hi Lou,

Open the pump motor and set the power to 115V. If your timer is the mechanic type and can handle an 11/2 HP pump you can connect direct to the load wires on the timer. If the timer is electronic and has a master valve  port, you will need an pump start relay an an additional power supply for the pump.
